Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

COVID-19: Due to the effects of COVID-19 many shipping carriers are experiencing delays as they are experiencing higher than usual volumes of shipments.  While we will always do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner, some delays may be unavoidable.   

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

For hygienic reasons, all items are “Final Sale” at Verdeux.  It's important to us to be able to guarantee that the items you are receiving are hygienic and have never been used and we simply cannot provide that guarantee while allowing returns.  Who wants to get a pipe someone else has used, even if its only once? 

That being said, we stand by the quality of our items and want you to love your purchase.  If you have concerns or questions around your purchase, please reach out to us and we will make it right!
